In general, our customers are mid-sized companies with a turnover of € 5m to € 150m that are based in Germany, Austria or Switzerland as well as international groups that have a strong presence in this region. We have an important knowledge base for M&A transactions in German-speaking parts of Europe. Therefore, we classify ourselves as one of the leading experts regarding the particularities of mid-sized companies in this region, in particular regarding the special legal environment that is clearly different from the Anglo-Saxon legal system.

The partners of Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz have a strong background in investment banking, private equity and audit as well as management experience in various types of industries.
We assure a level of advice for smaller and midcap transactions which is generally only obtainable in much larger transactions.
