DMF Group acted as M&A advisor in the sale of Brust Landmaschinen to Claas

Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz, Frankfurt, acted as exclusive M&A advisor to Brust Landmaschinen GmbH, Gösenroth, on the sale of its business operations to the CLAAS Group from Harsewinkel near Gütersloh.

Brust Landmaschinen is a long-established family business whose origins date back to 1850. Brust Landmaschinen is one of the leading dealers of agricultural machinery in the Hunsrück region.

Founded in 1913, the family-owned company CLAAS is one of the world's leading manufacturers of agricultural technology, with sales of EUR 4.9 billion and approximately 12,000 employees.

The acquisition of Brust Landmaschinen will enable CLAAS to significantly expand its market position in the Hunsrück region, which has a strong agricultural tradition.

Integration into the CLAAS Group as part of a successfully implemented succession solution will enable Brust Landmaschinen to develop even more successfully than before.

Brust Landmaschinen is already the second company that Deutsche Mittelstandsfinanz GmbH has advised on its sale to the Claas Group.
